Terminal Operating System (TOS) Services
Your Terminal Operating System (TOS) Advocate
We’re In Your Corner
TOS implementations are complex endeavors. We offer a variety of services for your unique implementation no matter the TOS vendor or type of operation. Our experts have implemented these systems across the logistics landscape including containerized, multipurpose, pure breakbulk, RORO, and intermodal rail operations.
We are TOS vendor-agnostic
Our TOS implementation services:
Full Project Management
Let us manage the project from RFP to Go-Live.
Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Engagements.
If your vendor supports this option a CRP can provide a validation and gate for you, the buyer, prior to purchase. CRPs can also be used to demo existing functionality after an assessment but before development occurs. A well-planned CRP acts as a test-drive of the new TOS.
Advocate / Buyer’s Agent
We act as your trusted partner to monitor and control every aspect of the project, ensuring that your goals and objectives are met.
System “Go-Live” Readiness and Execution
There is nothing quite as exciting as going live with a new TOS. Our project managers and business analysts can support this in a variety of ways, including Resource Scheduling, User Acceptance Testing Validation, Cutover Planning, Rehearsals, and Go-Live “war room” management.
RFP Support
Accomplished with a mix of project management and business analysis. RFP support includes scheduling, client site assessment(s) to determine requirements, documentation of requirements, and vendor communication management, all to drive data-driven decision-making.
Punch List Management
There can be defects, missed requirements, or enhancement requests generated during a Go-Live. We manage and monitor your post-go-live punch list items to ensure that the vendor continues delivering agreed upon functionality in a timely manner.
Site Assessments / Requirements Gathering
We dedicate knowledgeable Business Analysts to perform a full site assessment. This results in documentation that acts as a full accounting of your requirements that can then be used by the TOS vendor to perform a gap assessment and validation of functionality required to operate your terminal.
