Unique Considerations
For software implementations it is important to maintain an agile approach with your vendor so that deliverables are scheduled regularly throughout the project. We are adept at working with development teams to set functional milestone expectations that allow incremental validation of the system as it is developed or configured, allowing your users to become familiar with the system over a longer period. This approach combined with well-planned User Acceptance Testing (UAT), can significantly reduce risk at go-live, resulting in fewer punch list items to resolve post go-live, and quicker return on your investment.
For hardware implementations we focus on early validation of form factor, use cases, network performance, user training, and workforce acceptance to ensure that hardware will perform as expected. Many hardware devices rely on network connectivity to perform their function. We are skilled at working with cybersecurity resources to define and test access constraints so that full connectivity is proven and validated prior to go-live.
There are often multiple integrations required for any software or hardware system. Our methodology ensures that they are all a part of the detailed integration testing plan, and that their efficacy is proven over multiple touchpoints throughout the project. We push for testing early and often.
